Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 basic + £3,000 + achievable commission

Hours:

40 per week – rotation:
Monday‑Friday 07:55–19:15, Saturday 08:55–18:15, Sunday 09:55–16:15

• Coach, lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and financial targets.
• Review performance data to identify areas for improvement and resolve issues.
• Win new business, upsell and manage existing accounts.
• Ensure smooth branch operations, including cleanliness, store presentation, keyholder and alarm responsibilities.
• Oversee the letting of storage rooms and office space, merchandise sales, and follow up on customer enquiries.
• Process card and BACS payments, and support credit control.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer‑facing sales, retail or hospitality environment.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible and available to work scheduled hours including weekends.
• Hold a full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle (preferred).
