Supply Chain Controller

Sales and Operations Controller/ Supply Chain Controller/ Supply Chain Analyst is required to join a global leading engineering manufacturer.

The successful Sales and Operations Controller/Supply Chain Controller/Supply Chain Analyst will be based near Kidderminster, focusing on balancing demand and supply through accurate forecasting, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within the HVAC sector.

The Sales and Operations Controller/ Supply Chain Controller/ Supply Chain Analyst will have forecasting and data analytics experience using Microsoft within an engineering environment, ideally in HVAC manufacturing or similar. Full product training provided.

Package:
£36,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday 8 till 5
25 days holiday increasing with length of service
Pension and private health care Sales and Operations Controller/ Supply Chain Controller/ Supply Chain Analyst role:  
Collect and combine demand data from all product categories to create both short-term and medium-term forecasts
Prepare and update the weekly sales outlook using internal sales data and HVAC customer feedback.
Keeping up to date with the HVAC legislations ensuring this is reflected in the forecast
Liaise with different departments, including Sales, Procurement, and Operations, and identify trends within the HVAC sector and suggest improvements.
Working within the HVAC Sector dealing with boilers, heat pumps and associated products
Ensure inventory levels are accurate and match demand forecast.
Fully onsite based in Kidderminster Sales and Operations Controller/ Supply Chain Controller/ Supply Chain Analyst requirements:  
Previous experience as a Sales and Operations Controller, Supply Chain Controller, Supply Chain Analyst, or similar
Previous experience within Boilers, heat pumps, HVAC, or similar mechanical/engineering environments.
Strong background in data analytics
Proven experience with Microsoft or similar SAP.
Willingness to learn and progress with a global engineering manufacturer.
Be able to commute to Kidderminster
