This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Recruitment Consultant located in Coventry. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and consulting clients to meet their hiring needs. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and achieving recruitment targets. The consultant will also stay updated on market trends to provide expert guidance and meet the specific requirements of various sectors.

• Proven expertise in Industrial or Driving Recruitment
• Strong skills in Consulting and Interviewing with the ability to assess candidate suitability
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client and candidate engagement
• Ability to build professional relationships and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Business development and sales
• Proficiency in recruitment technology and database management is a plus
• Previous experience in recruitment for manufacturing, logistics, or related sectors is highly advantageous
