• Supervising and supporting Care Assistants
• Administering medication safely
• Completing clinical assessments
• Updating and reviewing care plans
• Ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed

• Holds a valid UK NMC PIN
• Has a genuine desire to care for others
• Can show empathy and understanding towards our elderly residents
• Has excellent communication skills
• Is caring, friendly and approachable
• Works well within a team and can remain calm under pressure
