Commercial Finance Manager

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the FP&A agenda, acting as a key business partner to senior stakeholders and helping shape strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning
• Building and owning complex business cases and investment appraisals
• Providing insight on performance, risks and opportunities
• Supporting strategic initiatives, M&A and capital allocation decisions
• Developing dashboards, KPIs and board‑level reporting
• Challenging and influencing non‑finance stakeholders with confidence

We’re looking for someone commercially sharp, analytically strong and comfortable operating in a high‑growth environment.

You’ll likely have:

• Strong FP&A experience within a dynamic or scaling business
• Proven experience with business cases and investment analysis
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive, hands‑on mindset with the confidence to challenge
