Tip Top Job  is a specialist independent provision supporting children with autism and additional needs. The setting serves 90 students aged 5–16 in a therapeutic environment that promotes curriculum success and social‑emotional development.

• Provide teaching assistance in line with weekly/daily planning.
• Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils.
• Plan and deliver group or individual activities as instructed by the teacher.
• Assist in the development of learners’ work.
• Support the well‑being of students within the school structure.
• Monitor and evaluate student learning under the teacher’s guidance.
• Use relevant management strategies to maintain a purposeful learning environment.
• Support all learners in planned structured work across all curriculum areas.

• Experience working with learners with various learning difficulties.
• A willingness to learn and build relationships with pupils.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Flexibility in educational approach.
• Experience in SEND settings desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge of GCSE Maths and English.

All applicants must be available Monday to Friday 08:30–16:30. The role is term‑time, starting immediately and continues throughout the term. Interviews will be held before the half term.
