Are you a caring, patient and resilient individual with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? We are seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive school community.

• Supporting students with a range of SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language, or physical needs).
• Working 1:1 and in small groups to provide tailored support.
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists and SENCOs.
• Helping to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.

• Eligibility to work in UK Enhanced DBS or willing to get new on.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• A calm, nurturing and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A real passion for helping children reach their full potential.
