Key Responsibilities- Supporting students with a range of SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language, or physical needs).
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to provide tailored support.
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists and SENCOs.
- Helping to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Eligibility to work in UK Enhanced DBS or willing to get new on.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- A calm, nurturing and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A real passion for helping children reach their full potential.
