ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, answering questions and resolving issues, ensuring every interaction is a positive one. You’ll use a variety of communication methods and tools to keep things running smoothly and professionally.
The role isn’t just about answering phones—it’s about building trust with our customers. You’ll be supported to grow your skills, stay up to date with our products and systems, and contribute to a team that values open communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Working HoursThis role is based at a site in Kidderminster, working every weekend and 2 days across Monday to Friday, for a total of 30 hours per week.
