We’re looking for a National Sales Lead to drive growth in the Home Improvement and Renewables sector. This pivotal role involves strategic partner onboarding, relationship building, cross‑functional collaboration, and market engagement.

• Own the strategy for identifying and onboarding new partners – both direct and broker‑led.
• Build strong relationships with retailers and brokers.
  
  Report sustainable growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to shape propositions, influence decisions, and ensure compliance.
• Be.lng face of V12 in a dynamic, regulated market – bringing insight, energy, and commercial acumen.

• Proven experience in retail finance new business acquisition and account management.
• Strong knowledge of the Home Improvement and Renewables sector.
• Ability to influence at all levels, from internal stakeholders to board‑level partners.
• A track record of hitting reconhecimento targets in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
• Resilience, ambition, and a customer‑first mindset.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
