Job responsibilities

Document Review and Management:
Check customs declaration documents such as bills of lading, invoices, contracts, etc., to ensure that certificates of origin and other documents are complete

Monitor timely completion of customs clearance:
Ensure that customs clearance is completed within the time required by customs, with no stagnation occurring

XFN Coordination:
Communicate with departments such as the Procurement Headquarters Order Department, and handle relevant matters regarding pick-up and ocean shipping.

Exception Handling and Optimization:
Handle issues such as inspection exceptions and document discrepancies, analyze customs clearance efficiency, and propose process optimization suggestions

SAP operating system PO, Inbound, and follow GR with WH.

Managing the SASO required Certificate with HQ team.

SABER- SASO Processing PC and SC.

FASAH
- Saudi customs operating Processing.

Qualification requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to majors in logistics management, international trade, or related fields;

Over 2 years of experience in home appliance import and export management;；

Be able to use English as the working language and conduct business negotiations proficiently;

Proficient in analyzing industry trends, with a keen business sense;

Strong sense of responsibility, rigorous attitude, and strong execution ability;

Possesses good logical thinking and communication skills, Data Analysis and resource coordination capabilities, teamwork spirit, and a certain level of stress tolerance
