Role DescriptionThe Medical Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar. The role involves managing and driving the sales team to achieve business targets, developing strategic sales plans, and implementing sales initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring sales efficiency. The ideal candidate will also provide coaching and development for the sales team to maximize performance.
Qualifications- Competence in Medical Sales and related industry experience
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in Sales Effectiveness and Analytical Skills to identify and act on business opportunities
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing and motivating sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in medical products sales within Saudi Arabia
- Proven experience in leading sales teams and achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi medical devices & healthcare market
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
