Role SummaryFlowserve is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to manage the Aramco account and drive sales and business development for the Flow Pump Division, including spare parts and technical services. The role involves providing technical support, preparing proposals and presentations, and building strong client relationships while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, on-time delivery, and account growth.
Your Role- Generate, find, develop, and materialize new account business opportunities for the Flow Pump Division.
- Understand market conditions and strengthen Flowserve’s positioning to maximize annual targets.
- Coordinate short, medium, and long‑term strategy with Com Ops to secure year‑over‑year business for the assigned account.
- Establish effective communication with clients from the earliest engagement.
- Demonstrate strong self‑discipline, motivation and high responsibility, consistently driving the customer experience.
- Provide immediate technical support to ensure proper pump selection or improvement for successful product operation.
- Apply sales strategies, tools, and processes to drive opportunities successfully.
- Prepare accurate technical presentations and proposals for engineered and standard products.
- Utilize Flow Force and AMP daily to generate lean and clear internal processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to support the order process and ensure on‑time delivery.
- Work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Focus on metrics: volume, responsiveness, and effectiveness.
- Perform additional duties as required and/or assigned.
- University degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in general marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- English proficiency;
Arabic language required. - Ability to create detailed presentations and Excel databases and reports (Pivot and Access are a plus).
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail, time management, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving skills; able to work independently and as a team player with an international mindset.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and set priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail and process‑oriented mindset with mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
