- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the e-commerce and logistics sectors to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their logistics and fulfilment needs.
- Present and promote Storage X logistics solutions, including warehouse management, real-time tracking, and delivery services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications using CRM tools.
- Represent Storage Station at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and fulfillment operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce integrations is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
