Job Summary:

The Manager, Commercial Export is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving business growth in the OCTG market.

Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and increase profitability.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to adapt sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance to the Commercial Director.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for the company’s products in the region.
  • Achieve the yearly budget of order bookings in different product segments and geographies.
  • Provide excellent market intelligence and maintain strong market contacts.
  • Deliver outstanding presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate sound commercial and financial awareness.
  • Negotiate, discuss, and close contracts effectively.
  • Ensure thorough organization and reliable follow-up on all sales activities.
  • Qualification &

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, ideally related to mechanical, manufacturing, industrialization, petroleum or metallurgy or related Field.

    Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a management position in the field of OCTG and/or Oil and Gas.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • In-depth knowledge of the OCTG market and industry trends.
    Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.
    • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
