Join our Smart Infrastructure Buildings Business unit as Fire Sales Manager and help us re imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow.

Responsibilities
  • Expand the footprint of the bespoken Siemens Fire Safety portfolio in Saudi Arabia, mainly in the Jeddah region, by developing the solution partner channel in a dynamic and growing market.
  • Plan and execute sales targets and activities for Building products through solution partners, focusing on fire safety.
  • Co ordinate and negotiate proposals in cooperation with Back Office and other involved professionals and management.
  • Act as a point of contact to assigned customers in commercial matters and influence collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
  • Provide information for forecasts and planning via CRM system such as opportunity funnels.
  • Establish and support value selling through partners, orchestrate the sales approach together with technical sales, and conduct sales training.
  • Acquire and develop new partners; build relationships with consultants, end users, and contractors to increase reach of existing partners.
  • Collect market transparency data to prepare business growth plans and strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • 7 10 years of experience in the fire safety industry for a manufacturer or channel partner in a sales role.
  • Experience in Siemens Fire Safety products (Fire alarm and Fire suppression system) and/or leading fire system products, especially in Oil and Gas.
  • Advanced knowledge of application & fire systems & products, understanding of promoting premium products with value selling against low price competition.
  • Working with contractors and consultants for approvals and specifications, knowledge of local fire market, international codes such as NFPA, UL, EN standards, customer influencers, and competitors.
  • Strong English language skills;
    Arabic language preferred.
  • Customer knowledge, sales and customer development, domain specific standards and regulations (Fire), account business planning, consultative selling, strong communication, passion, self drive, reliability and fast learning.
