The Outreach Programs Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing outreach initiatives that strengthen Al-Qadsiah Club’s engagement with the community, partners, and stakeholders. The role supports the club’s strategic objectives by delivering impactful programs that enhance brand reputation, social impact, and community relationships.

• Plan, develop, and execute outreach programs aligned with the club’s vision, CSR objectives, and strategic goals.
• Coordinate with internal departments, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
• Identify community needs and opportunities for collaboration and engagement.
• Manage outreach program timelines, logistics, and documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate program impact, preparing reports and insights for management.
• Support public events, workshops, and awareness initiatives related to outreach activities.
• Ensure all outreach initiatives reflect the club’s values, branding, and compliance standards.

• Education:
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Community Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in outreach programs, community engagement, CSR, or related roles.
  • • Experience working with stakeholders, partners, or community organizations is preferred.
• Skills:
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple initiatives.
  • • Strong reporting and presentation skills.
  • • Proficiency in MS Office and related digital tools.
• Certifications:
  • • Relevant certifications in CSR, project management, or community engagement are an advantage.
