We are looking for an experienced Customer Retention Specialist to help us build the full retention system for our brand Thermo Steakhouse in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Our marketing brings many new customers every month, but we need a strong strategy to keep them coming back.
Your role will be to create simple and effective retention ideas, campaigns, and activities that increase customer loyalty and repeat visits. You will manage the full retention process from A to Z and track results clearly every month.
You must have previous experience in customer retention, CRM, customer loyalty, or similar roles in F&B, hospitality, or marketing.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English are required.
Your Responsibilities- Build relationship with customers
- Create and manage customer retention plans
- Create loyalty ideas, campaigns, and activities
- Understand customer behavior and improve repeat visits
- Track customer return rate and show quarterly results
- Work closely with the marketing team
- Lead the full retention project independently

Requirements- Proven experience in customer retention / CRM / loyalty (MUST)
- Experience in F&B or hospitality is a strong plus
- Strong communication in Arabic and English
- Creative ideas and problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan, execute, and track results
- Ready to relocate to Saudi Arabia
