Job Description:

Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. - Workflow Optimization:

- Leadership:
Lead and manage the operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management. - Staff Development:
Promote professional development and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Budget Management:
Develop and manage budgets for operational departments, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency. - Cost Analysis:

- Supply Chain Coordination:
