Are you a hospitality-driven professional with a passion for luxury property operations? Were seeking an experienced Compound Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a premium residential compound
, ensuring exceptional service, world‑class standards, and a safe, welcoming environment for our residents.
The Compound Manager will oversee all aspects of compound operations, from facility maintenance and vendor management to leasing and resident relations. This is a key leadership role requiring strong operational expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to create an exceptional living experience aligned with a luxury brand image.
Key Responsibilities- Operations & Facility Management – Oversee maintenance, landscaping, housekeeping, security, and recreational amenities to five‑star standards.
- Leasing & Commercial Facilities – Manage leasing for on‑compound outlets (cafés, spas, nurseries, etc.), negotiate agreements, and select premium tenants.
- Resident Relations – Act as the primary contact for residents, addressing requests, feedback, and concerns while creating community engagement programs.
- Staff Management – Lead and develop security, housekeeping, front office, and maintenance teams to deliver luxury‑level service.
- Financial & Administrative Management – Manage budgets, service charges, vendor contracts, and ensure cost‑efficient operations.
- Compliance & Safety – Maintain health, safety, and sustainability standards in line with local regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Property Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5‑10+ years of experience in luxury compound/property management, hospitality, or facility management
. - Strong background in leasing and managing commercial facilities within residential or hospitality developments.
- Proven track record in high‑end residential communities or five‑star hospitality facilities
. - Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
