Project Manager – Yokogawa

Responsibilities- Project Planning: produce workstream or project plans, ensuring all activities are identified and organized to deliver objectives, and that they comply with the organization’s project management framework.
- Project Scope Definition: manage delivery of project activities to support specification and agreement of deliverables.
- Stakeholder Management: plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective relationships and meet stakeholder needs.
- Project Risk and Issue Management: identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, escalating where appropriate, and develop solutions.
- Project Reporting and Review: draft project review reports and presentations, including key information, commentary, and recommendations.
- Project Team Management: lead a small team, communicate outcomes, coordinate actions, request additional support when needed, and build capability through coaching.
- Project Resource Management: manage deployment of resources, proactively manage costs, provide forecasts, and present variances with narrative.
- Work Scheduling and Allocation: assign short-term work schedules to a team of subordinates to achieve expectations within timelines.
- Document Preparation: prepare moderately complex documents and gather/summarize data for reports.
- Project Close-out and Handover: draft elements of product documentation and user training, and contribute to post-project reviews.
- Project Assurance: conduct assurance reviews, facilitate third‑party delivery, and resolve issues to secure stakeholder confidence.
- Personal Capability Building: develop capabilities through training, coaching, external accreditation, and continuous learning.
- Drives Results: consistently achieve results, exceed goals, and maintain productivity and a positive attitude.
- Situational Adaptability: adapt approach and demeanor in real time to meet shifting demands.
- Prioritizing: prioritize project components considering risks, activities, and stakeholders.
- Project Communications Management: ensure timely planning, collection, and management of project information.
- Project Management: manage projects and/or programs within cost, time, and quality parameters.
- Verbal Communication: clear, effective verbal skills; guide plans and policies.
- Data Collection and Analysis: analyze data trends for reports to inform decisions.
- Negotiation: obtain consensus between parties with differing interests.
- Project Change Management: identify, manage, and control project-related changes.
- Project Quality Management: manage quality policies and procedures to satisfy needs.
- Project Resource Planning and Control: identify, acquire, and manage resources.
- Project Risk and Issue Management: identify, assess, and manage risks.
- Requirements Traceability and Management: manage documentation, traceability, changes, and approvals.
- Project Cost and Budget Management: estimate and manage effort and finances.
- Project Estimating: estimate project components including costs, durations, resources.
- Project Organization and Structure: build structure and culture of the project team.
- Project Schedule Management: sequence and schedule tasks into a project plan.
- Project Tracking and Reporting: measure and report progress toward targets.
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level
General ExperienceSound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems (7 to 12 months)
Managerial ExperienceBasic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)
