• Manage project control functions, including planning, scheduling, and cost management.
• Ensure project deliveries are on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Develop and implement project control systems and processes to improve efficiency.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reports to senior management and clients.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
• Lead and mentor project control teams to enhance their skills and performance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve service offerings.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Business Manager role or related roles.
• Strong experience in offshore industry or similar industry on mega projects.
• Proven experience in managing and guiding project control teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Prior experience in the recruitment industry is a plus.
