Data Engineer
Eram Talent is actively searching for a Master Data Management (MDM) Administration Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the organization by managing MDM processes and tools. Your responsibilities will include the administration of MDM systems, as well as supporting data governance initiatives to improve data quality and compliance.
The MDM Administration Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to facilitate data entry, maintenance, and retrieval, while also providing analysis and reporting on master data issues. You will be key in developing and enforcing MDM policies and procedures to streamline master data management practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Implement solutions developed for issues related to physical servers, virtual servers, and data storage centres.
- Contact vendors to obtain proposals, evaluate proposal, and prepare reports on technical feasibility to support the selection process.
- Conduct installation, configuration, and operation of new systems.
- Monitor the operation of the systems, and carry out the necessary maintenance for the systems and the backup systems.
- Create email accounts for non-automated process including contractor and staff emails.
- Add users, deletes users, creates groups, and disables account on separation.
- Search solutions for internet security, antivirus’ software, and firewalls.
- Prepares technical reports to support management with selecting the right data solutions.
- Configure firewalls, implement the system polices and password policy, update antiviruses to ensure that user data is protected.
- Recommend training and development interventions for team members to build their capabilities.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
- Implement all relevant Department’s policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet departmental requirements, policies and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required
- Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) preferred
- 5 years experience in the same Field
- Experience in Information Technology / Data Solutions / Networking / Cybersecurity preferred
- Experience with MDM tools and platforms like Informatica, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and analyze large data sets.
- Familiarity with data governance concepts and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
