Data Control Analyst

Eram Talent is seeking a meticulous and skilled Data Control Analyst to join our esteemed consultancy team. As a key player in our efforts to maintain data integrity and compliance, the Data Control Analyst will be responsible for developing and managing data control frameworks that ensure data accuracy and security across the organization.

• Contribute to the maintenance ofdatadictionaries,data classification, anddatalifecycle management practices.
• Maintain the physical security and system security including physical security of servers anddatauser security
• Supportdatastewardship activities, includingdatastandardization, metadata management, anddataquality improvement initiatives.
• Utilise identity and access management (IAM) systems to verify user identity andcontroldataaccess.
• Make suredatais consistent with the commondatamodels
• Performdatavalidation and auditing using standard technical processes resolvingdataquality issues.
• Identify the most suitabledatastorage system ensuring that versions of thedatawith a history of changes are stored alongside the latest version.
• Employ the necessary technologies and processes to safeguarddata, both physically and digitally.
• Stay updated on KSAdataprotection laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
• Assist indataextraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for business intelligence and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with business users to understand theirdatarequirements and providedatainsights as needed.
• Recommend training and development interventions for team members to build their capabilities.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
• Implement all relevant Department’s policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in acontrolled and consistent manner.
• Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet departmental requirements, policies and standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required
• 5 years experience in the same Field
• Certified Data Privacy  Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English
• Experience in Information Technology /Data Solutions / Networking / Cybersecurity preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (SQL, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
