SAP Finance Functional Lead; m​/f​/d

A global consulting and technology organization supporting enterprise‑level digital transformation, finance modernization, and large‑scale SAP implementation programs. The company is seeking an SAP Finance Functional Lead to drive finance excellence and support their ongoing transformation initiatives.

• Lead the design, implementation, and customization of SAP FICO modules to support business requirements and process optimization.
• Deliver finance data and analytics initiatives, including cost planning, cost allocations, and budgeting activities.
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Conduct workshops with business leaders to align project objectives and clarify functional needs.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO best practices, configurations, and process improvements.
• Mentor junior consultants and oversee project teams to ensure successful delivery and professional development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of SAP S/4
  
  HANA FI/CO consulting and implementation experience.
• Proven leadership experience in managing SAP FICO projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, and Profitability Analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities for addressing complex finance challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with stakeholders and project teams.
