QA Analyst; m​/f​/d

A global technology and consulting organization providing advanced digital solutions, AI‑driven services, and large‑scale transformation programs for enterprise customers. The organization is currently seeking a QA Analyst to support quality assurance initiatives for AI‑powered applications.

• Execute end‑to‑end, integration, and functional testing for AI‑driven applications to ensure correct workflows, API interactions, and model outputs.
• Conduct UI/UX testing to validate accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across devices and browsers.
• Validate datasets, data pipelines, and AI model outputs, including edge cases and adversarial test scenarios.
• Support non‑functional testing such as performance, load, stress, and security testing.
• Automate functional, regression, and API test cases using industry‑standard automation tools.
• Track defects, validate fixes, and support post‑deployment testing and monitoring of production model performance.

• 3–5 years of quality assurance experience focused on functional, integration, and automation testing.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework, and API testing tools like Postman and SoapUI.
• Strong Python experience.
• Knowledge of AI model validation methods, data integrity testing, and LLM evaluation is a plus.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and security testing practices.
• Experience working in agile environments with CI/CD pipeline integration and strong analytical attention to detail.
