Thisrolewillcollaboratewithstakeholdersin

Procurementtounderstandtheir

ITsolutionneedsandrequirements.

• Analyzeuserbehaviour,needs,andfeedbacktoidentifyopportunitiesforimprovingtheuserexperiencewithinthee-marketplace;collaborate with
  
  UX/UIdesignerstoenhancetheplatform'susability,navigation,andoveralluserinterface.
• Conductusertestingandgatheruserfeedbacktodriveiterativeimprovementstothee-marketplace.
• Implementprocessesforonboardingnewvendorsandsellersontotheemarketplaceplatform;managevendorprofiles,productlistings,andcataloguesonthee-marketplace,ensuringaccurateandup-to-date information.
• Collaboratewithprocurementteamstoensurecompliancewithvendorqualificationcriteria,contracts,and policies.
• Monitorandanalyzekeyperformancemetricsoftheemarketplace,suchastransactionvolume,conversion rates,user engagement,and revenue;identify trends,patterns,andareasforimprovementbasedonperformancedata.
• Generateregularreportsanddashboardstocommunicatetheemarketplace'sperformancetostakeholderssuchasthe
  
  IT Business Solutions Manager .
• Collaborate with
  
  ITsecurityteamstoimplementandmaintainappropriatesecuritymeasuresforthee-marketplaceplatform.
• Ensurecompliancewithlocal Saudidataprotectionregulations,privacypolicies,andindustrystandards.
• Coordinatetheallocationof
  
  ITresources,suchashardware,software,networkcapacity,and personnel,tomeetdemandrequirements;developresourceallocationplans,consideringfactorssuchasprojectpriorities,resourceavailability,andbusinessneeds.
• Monitorandanalyzethecapacityof
  
  ITinfrastructureandsystems,suchasservers,storage,networks,andcloudresources;anticipatefuturecapacityneedsbasedondemandforecastsandgrowthprojectionsforthe
  
  Procurementfunction.
• Managetheinventoryof
  
  IT solutions,licenses,andassetstoensuretheiravailabilityandoptimalutilization;collaboratewithprocurementandfinanceteamstotrackandmanage
  
  ITsolutioninventorylevels,cost,andlifecycle.

• Bachelor’sdegreeincomputerscience,informationtechnology,supplychainmanagement,procurementorequivalentfromarecognizedandaccrediteduniversityisrequired
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) oranyprocurement-related/otherrelevantcertificationpreferred
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement analysis or ERP system management.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and ERP functionality (preferably SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience in training and supporting teams on ERP systems is a plus.
