As an Associate in the Strategy team, you will play a critical role in shaping, executing, and monitoring Foodics’ strategic agenda. You will work directly with senior leadership on high-impact projects spanning strategy design, execution planning, project management, and performance management. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to top-tier strategic thinking and the opportunity to drive execution in a fast-growing tech scale-up.

• 1–3 years’ experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, or a similar analytical/strategic role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides, storytelling).
• Proficiency in data analysis (Excel/Sheets; SQL or BI tools a plus).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Exposure to SaaS, fintech, or F&B/retail industries is a plus.

• Hands‑on skills in SQL for basic querying and analysis.
• Familiarity with Python for data wrangling or light automation.
• Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Metabase, Power BI, Looker, Tableau) to track and visualize KPIs.
