Strong experience of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation integrated with SAP S/4

HANA.

Strong hands‑on expertise in Order-to-Cash processes, Pricing and condition techniques & Billing and credit management.

Seamless integration with SAP ECC / S/4

Role Summary

The SAP SD L3 Consultant will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes across complex, multi‑entity business environments. The role requires deep functional expertise, strong leadership, and ownership of end-to-end Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) transformation integrated with SAP S/4

HANA.

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementations and rollouts.
• Design and optimize O2C processes:
  • Inquiry, quotation, sales order.
  • Delivery, billing, and returns.
• Configure pricing, discounts, rebates, and tax determination.
• Manage credit management and billing compliance.
• Enable intercompany and third‑party sales processes.

• Configure and optimize:
  • Sales organizations, distribution channels, divisions.
  • Customer master and partner determination.
  • Pricing procedures and condition techniques.
  • Output management (BRF+ / Smart Forms / Adobe).
• Support availability check (ATP) and delivery scheduling.
• Manage copy controls and document flows.

• Implement and support:
  • Variant configuration (VC).
  • Make‑to‑Order (MTO) and Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO).
  • Contracts, scheduling agreements.
• Support S/4
  
  HANA Advanced ATP (aATP) scenarios.
• Enable sales analytics and margin reporting.

• Integrate SD with:
  • MM (pricing, delivery, billing).
  • FI (AR, revenue recognition, taxes).
  • EWM (shipping and picking).
  • TM (transport planning).
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP ECC / S/4
  
  HANA.
• Coordinate with technical and middleware teams.

• Lead UAT, cutover, and go‑live activities.
• Support hypercare and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Resolve complex production issues (L3 support).
• Ensure documentation, SOPs, and training materials.

• Act as SAP SD functional lead.
• Mentor L1/L2 consultants and business super users.
• Conduct blueprint workshops and solution reviews.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and governance.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and standards.

• 8+ years of SAP SD experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in:
  • Order‑to‑Cash processes.
  • Pricing and condition techniques.
  • Billing and credit management.
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4
  
  HANA.
• Strong client‑facing and leadership skills.
