Urgent requirement for SAP EWM L3 - manufacturing domain is required for manufacturing client in Alkhobar, Saudi

The SAP EWM L3 Consultant will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions for complex warehouse and distribution environments. The role requires deep functional expertise, strong leadership capability, and ownership of end-to-end warehouse transformation programs integrated with SAP S/4

HANA.

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations and rollouts.
• Design and optimize warehouse processes: inbound, outbound, internal movements; putaway and picking strategies; cross-docking and value-added services (VAS); define warehouse layout, storage types, storage sections, and bins.
• Configure handling units (HU) and packaging specifications.
• Configure warehouse structure and master data, process oriented storage control (POSC), layout oriented storage control (LOSC), enable wave management, labor management, and slotting.
• Configure physical inventory processes (cycle counting, PI documents) and enable exception handling and monitoring.
• Implement and optimize yard management, labor
  460; slotting & rearrangement, kitting and de-kitting, support RF framework and mobile transactions, and integrate automation (conveyors, AS/RS, MFS where applicable).
• Integrate EWM with SAP S/4
  
  HANA (embedded or decentralized), SAP ECC, TM, and PP; configure CIF and IDoc integrations; ensure real-time inventory accuracy and execution visibility.
• Lead UAT, cutover, go-live activities; support hypercare and stabilization; define operational KPIs and warehouse performance dashboards; ensure documentation, SOPs, and user training.
• Act as EWM functional lead; mentor L1/L2 consultants and warehouse super users; conduct blueprint workshops and solution design reviews; manage stakeholders across operations, IT, and vendors; ensure adherence to SAP best practices and standards.

• Hvor>8 years of SAP logistics experience.
• 5+ years hands-on SAP EWM experience.
• Strong expertise in inbound, outbound, and internal EWM processes.
• Warehouse layout and storage control.
• Experience with embedded and decentralized EWM.
• Integration experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA / ECC.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
