We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Manager to lead our cybersecurity operations and protect our infrastructure, systems, and data. You will develop and execute our cybersecurity strategy, manage incident response, ensure SAMA compliance, and build a security‑first culture across the organization.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives
• Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) and lead incident response efforts
• Manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity specialists
• Conduct regular risk assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities
• Design and implement security controls including firewalls, antivirus, IDS, and DDoS protection
  
  Ensure compliance with SAMA Cybersecurity Framework and improve maturity levels
• Develop and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans
• Lead cybersecurity awareness training programs for employees
• Prepare and submit periodic cybersecurity reports to senior management and regulatory bodies

• Saudi national
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity within the financial sector (banking, payments, insurance, or fintech)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Professional certifications (CISSP, CEH, CISA) are a plus
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and best practices
• Experience with SAMA cybersecurity requirements and compliance
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and decision‑making abilities
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
