Job Description
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards on project sites.
Conduct regular site inspections daily / weekly audits, and risk assessments to ensure safe working conditions.
Monitor contractors' compliance with HSE requirements and report deviations.
Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for workers and staff.
Investigate incidents / accidents, prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports, and recommend corrective / preventative measures.
Maintain and update HSE documentation, records, and reports in line with ISO 45001 and client requirements.
Assist in the preparation of Emergency Response Plans and ensure drills are conducted periodically.
Liaise with project management, contractors, and consultants to promote safety culture.
Participate in management reviews, compliance evaluations, and audits.
Support the Project HSE Manager in achieving HSE objectives and KPI targets.
