Job Description

To work within Medical care unit which has 3 subunits:
Rejection recovery (to make calls/engagements with unapproved cases and respond to front liners queries), Referral unit (to facilitate clients referrals and services availability, work on Referral cards platform for members per diem expenses), checkup unit (to work with clients and providers to perform the requested checkups (occupational and general) and pre-employment candidates and validate results before delivering them to the clients).

• Ensure all requests are responded to within the agreed KPI.
• Validate the requested checkups and preferred location.
• Good communication with Aramco and key accounts delegates team.

• Ensure timely response from providers regarding appointments, attendance, and results submission.
• Communicate with providers for contingencies and continuing education about packages and special requests.

• Validate submitted results from providers before handing them to the client.
• Work on checkup platform with timely and quality considerations.
• Ensure all transactions and reports requested are performed.

• Logical, analytic, presentation, assessment, and interpretation skills.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to multitask and work well under stress.
• Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills, excellent follow-up skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• A degree in Medicine fields (Nursing, medical laboratory, physiotherapy, …etc).
• Any degree/training in Excel, Data Management and Dashboards, Business Writing, Client Management shall be considered.
