Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a Credit Supervisor to oversee our credit department and ensure the efficient operation of credit functions within our organization.

Job Responsibility
  • Supervise and lead a team of credit analysts to assess creditworthiness of customers and evaluate credit applications.
  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to mitigate credit risk and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor and manage the organization's overall credit exposure and collections process.
  • Review credit limits and terms for customers and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Handle escalated customer credit issues and negotiate payment arrangements when necessary.
  • Generate reports on credit performance and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in credit management.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Credit Supervisor or similar role in credit management.
  • Strong understanding of credit principles, risk assessment, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and credit management software.

  • Experience in evaluating credit risk and making informed decisions
