XAD Technologies is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, KSA
. The ideal candidate must have strong banking relations in KSA
, proficiency in accounting software, and expertise in payroll management
. The role requires an Accounting and Finance degree with relevant certifications
, and we are specifically seeking Indian nationals
.

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with KSA banks for financial transactions.
• Handle bank reconciliations, deposits, and financial reporting
  .
• Process LCs, bank guarantees, and loan facilities as required.
• Payroll & Compensation:
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing
    , ensuring accuracy and compliance with KSA labor laws.
  • Manage employee benefits, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Maintain general ledger entries, accounts payable, and receivables
  .
• Ensure proper record-keeping of financial transactions
  .
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  .
• Software & Reporting:
  • Utilize accounting software (such as SAP, Quick Books, or similar) for financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and audit reports
    .
  • Assist in tax and VAT compliance as per KSA regulations.

  Certifications:
  
  
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    .
  • Professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience &
  
  Skills:
  
  
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in KSA.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, payroll laws, and VAT compliance
    .
  • Experience in handling banking transactions, bank reconciliation, and payroll systems
    .
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
    .
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    .
