Overview

Manage relationships with financial institution clients and ensure their satisfaction by providing the company’s solutions in debt collection and receivables management, with a focus on understanding their financial needs and delivering added value to support their strategic objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in account management or business development within a bank, financial institution, or Fin Tech company.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services (e.g., cash management, debt collection, loans, payment solutions).
  • Strong financial analysis skills and ability to read and interpret reports.
  • Familiarity with regulations and guidelines.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
