Overview
Our client is a holding company in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, hiring for the position of Taxation Manager.

ACA/CMA

Notice Period:
Immediate Joiners or Maximum 1 Month Notice Period.
- Direct Tax and Zakat in KSA and GCC
- Tax planning and computations
- Indirect Tax - VAT, RETT, Excise and others in KSA and GCC
- Transfer pricing rules and prepare files
- Develop and implement tax reporting systems
- Structure tax-efficient entities and minimize the tax impact
- Compliance and advice on various facets of tax regulations, such as e-invoicing etc.
- Attend to appeals and submissions
- Tax audit and Health check on various facets of tax status for entities
- M&A-related tax advisory and CFO support
