My client, an international powerhouse in the education sector, has an immediate need for a seasoned finance manager to be based in their Khobar offices.
As part of the company's development, this growing region is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to play a significant role in the development of a new finance team in the Middle East region. The company prides itself on teamwork and being a people-based business, placing great importance on personal integrity, emotional intelligence, and inter-personal skills.
Responsibilities:
Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.Maintain system of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and assets.Implement accounting procedures and processes as identified by the Finance Director.Reviews Accounts Receivables/Payables and weekly payment runs.Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves the transactions within designated limits.Preparation of Budgets, forecasts, and financial reports on a regular basis.Review reports and analyse projections of sales & operating income against actual figures.Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.Managing the region's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out successfully.Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g., Auditors, Bankers.Requirements:English - Fluent / Excellent
Arabic - Very Good
