• Assist in preparing and issuing Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to approved vendors.
• Support bid evaluation processes (commercial comparison and documentation).
• Help maintain vendor databases and supplier performance records.
• Track purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, project controls, and logistics teams to ensure material alignment with project timelines.
• Assist in reviewing supplier documents and compliance requirements.
• Support contract documentation and filing in accordance with company procedures.
• Participate in supplier communication and clarification meetings.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and oil & gas industry regulations.

• Exposure to EPC project procurement cycles.
• Understanding of oil & gas materials and equipment sourcing.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar procurement software).
• Insight into contract management and supplier negotiations.
• Familiarity with global supply chain risk management in energy projects.

• Bachelor's degree in:
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Business Administration
  • Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Interest in the oil and gas or energy sector is preferred.
