OT Cybersecurity Engineer

We are seeking an OT Cybersecurity Engineer to protect and enhance the security of our Operational Technology (OT) environments
, including industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and critical infrastructure.

In this role, you will work closely with engineering, IT, and operations teams to design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity controls that ensure the availability, integrity, and safety of OT systems while supporting business and operational objectives.

• Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity controls for OT/ICS environments
• Monitor, assess, and respond to cybersecurity threats impacting OT systems
• Conduct OT risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security audits
• Implement network segmentation, firewalls, intrusion detection, and secure remote access for OT networks
• Support incident response activities related to OT cybersecurity events
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to align IT and OT security practices
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and frameworks (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001)
• Develop and maintain OT cybersecurity policies, procedures, and documentation
• Support security requirements for new OT projects, upgrades, and system integrations
• Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on OT cybersecurity best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity or industrial network security
• Hands‑on experience with SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, DNP3)
• Strong understanding of OT network architecture and segmentation
• Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security in OT environments
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards and frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST, ISA/IEC)

• Certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISM, or IEC 62443
• Experience in critical infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, or utilities sectors
• Familiarity with SIEM, SOC operations, and threat detection in OT environments
• Experience working in regulated or safety‑critical environments
