Eram Talent is seeking a talented BIM Modular Specialist with expertise in Buildings and Infrastructure to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. The BIM Modular Specialist will play a vital role in the planning, design, and implementation of modular building solutions, working closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to enhance efficiency and accuracy through Building Information Modeling.

• Develop and manage modular BIM models for buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure design integrity, compliance with standards, and client specifications.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve issues during the design phase.
• Create and maintain 2D and 3D drawings and documentation.
• Utilize industry best practices to optimize workflows and improve project delivery.
• Support the integration of modular construction techniques into project planning and execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and junior staff members.
• Continuously update and enhance skills to stay current with industry trends and technologies in BIM.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 13+ years of experience in BIM modeling, specifically for buildings and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and knowledge of modular construction methodologies.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, standards, and relevant building codes.
• Create 3D BIM models for inside and outside building scope.
• Able to create BIM model outside the building for road, oily water, storm water, sanitary water, landscaping and hardscaping system as well as site development.
• Ability to analyze and interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant industry software and tools.
