Our team in Saudi Arabia is growing and we are looking for an experienced Project Engineer with a focus in Protection for transmission/distribution utility projects and customers.
As an Project Engineer - Protection, a typical day might include the following:- Designing power system protection solutions for customers
- Commissioning projects in the field
- Development of relay/controller settings and testing
- Preparation of functional design documentation
- Working as a technical lead alongside Project Managers and other Engineers from other focus areas
- You have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with strong foundational knowledge
- You have at least 10 years of experience with protection system relays: programming, settings, testing, and commissioning
- You understand and have experience with power generation
- You have power system/substation protection experience
- You are willing to travel up to 50%
