Architectural Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to join our team in Al‑Khobar
, Eastern Province
. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and extensive experience managing complex bid submissions within consultancy or design environments, with solid knowledge of Saudi regulatory processes and multidisciplinary coordination.

• Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed design packages.
• Prepare technical specifications, BOQs, and material submissions.
• Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical teams; review and approve shop drawings, RFIs, samples, and method statements.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction meets approved designs and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Meet with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers when required.
• Provide engineering support during planning, execution, testing, and handover phases.
• Assist in resolving site technical/design issues and propose solutions.
• Prepare periodic reports and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in design or construction (or as required).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and related software.
• Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and specifications.
• Knowledge of Saudi building codes preferred.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
