Mechanical Engineer - Residential

We are in search of a skilled Mechanical Engineer - Residential to join their team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will focus on the design and development of residential mechanical systems, ensuring efficient and sustainable solutions for residential projects.

• Design, analyze, and develop mechanical systems for residential projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems into building designs.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for mechanical systems.
• Conduct system performance analysis to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and energy efficiency guidelines.
• Participate in site inspections and oversee the installation of mechanical systems to ensure adherence to designs and specifications.
• Provide technical support and expertise to project managers and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in residential mechanical engineering.

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, specifically in residential projects.
• Mandatory:
  Experience in Operation and Maintenance especially in executive houses.
• Proficiency in engineering software tools, including AutoCAD and Revit.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to residential construction.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
