We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor with a background in Huawei telecom projects, particularly in tower erection and civil works. The candidate should be capable of supervising onsite activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and using AutoCAD for design and layout review.

Supervise and coordinate daily civil site activities for Huawei telecom tower projects.

Oversee tower erection, foundation works, shelter installation, and trenching for fiber and power.

Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Review and interpret engineering drawings, site layouts, and AutoCAD plans.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams for smooth execution.

Maintain daily progress reports, photographs, and as-built documentation.

Verify materials and equipment delivered at site against the BOM.

Conduct quality inspections and report non-conformities.

Ensure timely completion of civil works as per Huawei standards.

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3 years of telecom site supervision experience, preferably with Huawei.

Hands-on experience in tower erection, foundation, trenching, and shelter works.

Proficient in AutoCAD for drawing interpretation and basic modifications.

Knowledge of telecom site safety, quality standards, and construction best practices.

Strong communication and site coordination skills.

Ability to travel and work at remote sites if required.
