Responsibilities
- Review bid documents and tender requirements to support accurate analysis.
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and coordinate with procurement for cost inputs.
- Communicate with vendors to clarify specifications and gather technical/commercial details.
- Support the development of cost estimates including material, labor, and general expenses.
- Assist in preparing basic project schedules and timelines.
- Contribute to drafting scopes of work and identifying key points or questions related to tenders.
- Prepare simple technical drawings (high-level) whenever needed.
- Participate in compiling complete bid submittal packages ensuring compliance and quality.
- Support ISO QMS documentation and records within the Techno-Commercial department.
- Awareness of solar PV or diesel power concepts is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tendering or cost estimation processes.
- Problem-solving ability and good time-management.
