We are looking for a Teacher Assistant to support classroom instruction and assist students individually or in small groups. The role also includes routine clerical and administrative tasks. A key responsibility is serving as a Healthcare Facilitator, with nursing-related experience preferred.
Responsibilities- Assist the teacher with instructional support for students.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
- Provide basic health-related support as a Healthcare Facilitator.
- Operate office and classroom equipment (typing, duplicating, A / V equipment).
- Maintain positive rapport with students.
- Good command of the English language.
- Ability to type accurately and use standard equipment.
- Minimum : 60 semester hours of post‑secondary credit or 2 years academic training , plus 3 years of work experience.
- Preferred :
Experience as a healthcare facilitator or nursing background.
