The Monitor is responsible for producing, editing, and monitoring high-quality visual content across Al-Qadsiah Club’s media platforms. This role combines video editing with graphic design and motion graphics animation to ensure engaging, on-brand content that supports the club’s media, marketing.

• Edit and produce video content for digital platforms, social media, and internal use.
• Design and animate motion graphics for videos, campaigns, and matchday content.
• Create visual assets that align with Al-Qadsiah Club’s brand guidelines and identity.
• Monitor visual quality, consistency, and performance of published content.
• Collaborate with Media, Social Media, and Branding teams to execute creative concepts.
• Support live events, match coverage, and campaigns with timely edited content.
• Manage video files, assets, and archiving according to department standards.
• Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high creative and technical standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia production.
• Proven experience in editing and animating content for digital and social media platforms.

• Strong video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Advanced motion graphics and animation skills (e.g., After Effects).
• Graphic design skills (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, and branding.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong creative judgment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English is preferred.

• Professional certifications in video editing, motion graphics, or design are an advantage.

• Experience working in sports clubs, media agencies, or entertainment environments.
• Experience producing matchday, highlight, and campaign content.
• Knowledge of social media content formats and platform requirements.
• Basic knowledge of filming and camera operations is a plus.
