This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at DESIGN DE LA BELLE INTERIORS, located in Al Khobar. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost planning, conducting cost analyses, and preparing detailed cost reports. The role involves monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure alignment with the budget and providing support in financial decision-making for projects.

The Quantity Surveyor will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Reporting to manage project budgets effectively
• Experience with preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost planning methodologies
• Strong skills in Cost Management and forecasting to support accurate financial planning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in quantity surveying
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or interior design industry is an advantage
