Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the cement industry to lead and expand sales operations within the UAE market. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, developing effective sales strategies, and strengthening overall market presence. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership capabilities, deep industry knowledge, and a strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics in the cement or building materials sector.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned volume and revenue targets.
  • Manage, retain, and grow key accounts, distributors, and major B2B clients.
  • Identify new market opportunities, expansion areas, and potential business partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer demands.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, performance reports, and management updates.
  • Strengthen brand presence and market positioning within the cement and building materials sector.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience in the cement industry (mandatory).
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, key account management, and channel sales
    .
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE / GCC cement and building materials market (highly preferred).
  • Ability to develop long-term client relationships and drive strategic sales initiatives.
