Business Development Manager

Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager
, you will play a key role in generating HR and consultancy service opportunities by engaging with PMC and EPC clients across KSA. You'll be responsible for identifying new business prospects, nurturing long-term client relationships, and contributing directly to the company's growth strategy.

• Generate and convert business inquiries for HR & consultancy services
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with PMC & EPC clients
• Identify new business opportunities across KSA
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Track market trends and competitor activity to drive strategic growth

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development (relevant industry)
• Proven experience handling PMC & EPC clients
• Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and growth-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in HR / consultancy services is a strong advantage
